pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and the postpartum period. For example, I constructed expanded and empty forms to reflect an expanded and empty body after miscarrying. My work was made to reference specific moments in the life of my body.

However, presented together for the first time, these sculptures create a visual echo, obscuring what was at one time so clear to me: this work is about loss, this work is about growth, etc. The works on view, made between 2019 and 2025 reveal a continuous and indistinguishable embodied experience, an eternal pregnancy.
